>>> Electronic Technician
We're looking to hire an electronic technician to build and replicate our current inventory of electronic devices.
Applicants should be able to:
Read electronic designs, order the necessary components (passives, ICs, PCB, case, mechanical, etc), and assemble the tools.
Hand-solder and re-work PCBs (ability to troubleshoot is a plus).
Manage the stock of each device and react to minimum stock counts.

>>> Scientific Support
Our team provides specialized training and scientific technical support to help users understand the tools we produce and use them effectively. We orient users and answer their questions and design interactive demos and tutorials to showcase and teach about neurobehavioral tools. You will be looking out and addressing these needs via email, conferencing and documentation.
We are interested in interviewing candidates who:
Have a background in neuroscience and animal behavior and want to continue learning about tools for neuroscientific research. Prior laboratory experience is a plus.
Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You can proactively engage with topics to anticipate and address user needs. We value experinece in customer service.
Are capable of communicating in English and you can produce graphical content. Graphic design, photography or video editing capabilities are desirable.

You will engage in hands on training in individual sessions, courses, conferences and workshops.
We are interested in interviewing candidates who:
Have led a project in experimental neuroscience and animal behavior and want to apply your knowledge about tools for neuroscientific research in helping others. Graduate-level research with programming skills for data acquisition and analysis would be ideal.
Have a strong interest in disseminating open source tools for science and training researchers around the world. We value past involvement in teaching and outreach.
Are capable of organizing and deploying educational activities in English. Past experience with interactive booths or online courses is desirable.
